Our in-house team, kworks, delivers cost effective content for use across all social and media channels. With facilities in Norwich, Leicester and London we can cover every aspect of content production from writing to filming, and editing to distribution.

Our B2B teams are our hidden gem, consistently fusing brilliant sector knowledge with creativity to deliver long-term solutions across a wide range of clients. A testament to their good work is that our two longest client relationships (18 and 22 years) are both B2B clients.

Direct and CRM

For many of our clients a one-to-one relationship with prospects or customers is key. Working with contemporary, often mind-bending technology our team are experienced in developing full customer journey programmes through to tactical sales drivers.

Experiential

For some brands and consumers the only way is up-close and personal. We love everything from pop-up sampling through to giant shows where cars appear by magic (thanks Dynamo!). Ideas are our start point, but we know that without brilliant production and logistics, stuff doesn’t happen.

Retail

With clients like ScS, Toolstation and MODA we get retail. Our IPA Gold Effectiveness Award for DFS in 2018 was a thumping stamp of approval from the rest of the industry.

Sport

Mongoose is our specialist sports marketing agency and provide a 360° offering. From rights holder brokering through to programme activation, they have it covered.

John started krow in 2005 with three friends following 5 years as the President of Arc EMEA (the Integrated Digital, Data and CRM division of Leo Burnett). Krow joined mission in 2017 and he took on the role of krow group CEO as three other business units were merged to form krow Group. Since then his focus has been on working with the group’s clients to help them grow and develop their businesses whilst making sure that krow keeps pace with the world around it, unlike his golf.
