Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week
12-20 November was Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week – an annual program where people come together across the country to draw attention to the problems of hunger and homelessness.
At krow London, we chose to take to the streets to support The Felix Project, a food redistribution charity.

The Felix project rescues surplus food from the food industry that cannot be sold and distributes the food to frontline charities, providing healthy meals for vulnerable people across the capital.
We had 9 members of the krow team signing up. The volunteers gave up a number of hours of their day in order to embark on this urban adventure: walking across central London in teams of 2, collecting and delivering food that would have otherwise gone to waste.
In terms of our mission to make Big Positive Impacts, it doesn’t get much bigger than supporting those who really are in need. Find out more about The Felix Project’s amazing work.
