Post Office solves pre-travel admin anxiety with new campaign
As the summer holiday season approaches, Post Office launches a new all-channel campaign created by krow Group. The campaign, ‘Get Holiday Ready’, aims to boost awareness and drive demand in branch and online for its travel products including travel money, Travel Money Card + insurance.
To prepare for the big summer holiday period, krow was tasked with boosting consideration and driving both footfall and web traffic for Post Office’s travel products. Targeting a broad audience, but particularly young adults, young families and empty nesters, the campaign highlights Post Office as the go-to place to solve all pre-holiday admin under one roof.
To show how the Post Office’s postmasters can get customers from admin deflation to holiday-ready elation, the creative shows how Post Office and its knowledgeable Postmasters help people get all their travel admin sorted so they can get back to pre-holiday excitement.
