Working with IB, we adopted a behavioural science led approach consisting of both qualitative and quantitative research, to understand the mindset and the ‘why’ behind the consumer, identifying what drives people to use Psychics.
We re-positioned California Psychics as a brand that can help customers alleviate the doubt and experience the ‘Joy of Certainty’ with their insightful guidance.
