California Psychics are the leading provider of Psychic services in the US; however, consumers were still questioning the quality of their psychics and psychic services in general. They needed a campaign to drive trust in the brand whilst casting a shadow of doubt over the quality of the independent psychics who were eating into the brand’s market share.
The BPI
We developed a campaign idea that allowed us to demonstrate how with California Psychics, you can dodge the dubious psychics out there. After all, the brand rejects 98% of the psychics who apply to work for them.
Leaning firmly into the weird and wonderful world of online psychics, we created a whole host of attention-grabbing ‘dubious’ characters each with their very own online persona and sales schtick.
